Cancellation Policy


Your experiences at Wheat & Co. are very important to us, which is why we make a reservation especially for you. We absolutely understand that conflicts in schedules may arise. Therefore we request 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If we do not receive a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be charged a rebooking fee of $50 that must be paid in order to make another reservation. Thereafter all future canceled reservations without a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service or $50, whichever is higher. A no-call/no-show will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. Please understand if you do not provide Wheat & Co. with enough notice, the opportunity to fill that timeframe is missed.
